White Supremacy is Positioning to Rule the Nation AGAIN

Are the scales balancing?

Initially, I was going to write about the prison system, and then God revealed to me a stronger revelation.  These times (2019) are bigger than the prison system.  The "Klan," the "Invisible Empire," The "Organization," the System of White Supremacy is in its final stages of takeover.  The key points of enslavement was and still are lack of land, lack of education, families broken apart, and total control.

Land

Slaves never did get their 40 acres and a mule.  Upon being freed from slavery, everyone had to have some land to build or people had to rent living space on someone else's land.  Well, homeownership and rental rates through the 1990's were reasonable.  Now, in 2019, Black landowners are selling their property for six figures or less, and multi-million dollar complexes are being built in their place.  Blacks who are trying to maintain ownership of their land that may be paid in full are finding that the tax value is becoming too high to pay annually.  Owning land and retaining land is becoming out of reach.  Working two full time jobs in order to maintain a roof over one's head will lead to an early death.

Education
When some public school systems took cursive writing and/or grammar out of the curriculum, it began to add to illiteracy. Some youth can not read nor write in curvise. The cost to achieve a college degree in 2019 is the cost of a house without a guarantee of a job to repay it. Many jobs are not even requiring more than a high school diploma, and the likelihood of future promotion will be limited without a college degree.

In addition, some youth are dropping out of school to help contribute the household expenses.  Unfortunately, contributing to the household may lead to falling for "fast money" methods.

Gangs
Because I have not been in a gang, I don't understand everything about it.  However, drug trafficking and illegal activity is often associated with gang membership.  "Fast money" is often associated with illegal activity. Fast money activities often make for repeat business for attorneys which lead to promotions to district attorney, judges, and positions in politics.

Street value versus Prison value
Drugs and illegal contraband are often sold at possibly ten times higher price inside a prison.  So from a business perspective, more money is made off the sales inside the prison which means suppliers benefit from prison life. Judges, prison investors, prison vendors, lawyers, prison construction contracts,etc. all benefit from prison life.

Prison Life
Prison life is essentially "old fashioned" slavery.  If someone is well connected with law enforcement, they just need a few people to bear false witness, and anyone can end up sentenced to prison over some phony charges. Excessive sentencing and stacking charges are additional methods to insure more money is added to "prison investor" pockets.  Similar to slavery days, if one member of a family gets snatched then often they grab the whole family when the family comes looking for the family member.  This is the same philosophy with the prisons now.  Clothing, personal hygiene, communication and meals are not necessarily free.  Families often have to supplement their incarcerated loved ones for food packages, clothing packages, communication fees, etc. through approved prison vendors. Prison vendors have a steady revenue flow.  Most families have to deal with at least three different prison vendors to look out for their incarcerated loved one. If the family can not afford to look out for their loved one, the prison can provide necessities at a price that goes on the prison books as an outstanding debt.  So by the time, a prisoner is released, they will more than likely have a prison bill to pay in addition to finding a job with a prison record.

White Supremacy
If you followed my train of thought thus far, then you see that our land ownership options are declining, our Education system is failing, and more prisons are constantly being built.  Financially, only the "White Supremacist" will control everything if these chain of events continue. People who do have jobs and careers are still at the mercy of their employer.  Employment limits your freedom of speech, etc.  I am not against employment, but never lose sight of the enemy.  The "Invisible Empire" is now visible based on the new laws taking away human rights, scandals on Capitol Hill, police brutality, and cover-ups.

Solutions?
Entrepreneurship, Block/Land ownership, United efforts, Don't be the "Uncle Tom," start giving a hand up. Start treating humans like they are human.  Jesus did not require us to EARN everlasting life - it was a GIFT.  Pay it forward.

Employment Blacklist Tactics

So you received a job "rejection letter" stating the following :

 "We regret to inform you that we have determined we cannot offer you a position within our organization at this time."  

This may be a sign that you are on a blacklist.

If the company that you are suing (the Defendant) asks for a list of companies that you have applied for employment opportunities, please consider this before sharing your information:

"Their attorneys may actually subpoena each of your job application(s) from each company that you provide on your list.  

This would be a "blacklist tactic" to scare other employers from hiring you.

Survival of consumer banks: Don't Bank on it!

Bank of America announcing 16,000 of the proposed 40,000 layoffs to happen sooner than later. Also, according to recent news, they want to reduce 6 billion in operating expenses. Are the consumer banks in trouble? Well, yes, because many consumers are having economic difficulties.

Consumer banks typically make their money off of late fees. They charge $35 if your checking account is $.45 (45 cents short). So a consumer becomes $35.45 in debt to the bank. Many consumers no longer use the banks because it cost them too much to have their little bit of money tied up in the bank. And the rich don't need the bank. The consumer banks do not offer enough returns on their savings account. So unless it is a Cayman Islands account or a Swiss account for tax shelter purposes, banks just do not serve as much purpose anymore.

Banks were making good money off of loans and mortgages, but employment was key to securing the loan. Now, employment is too unpredictable now. Twenty years seniority with the same company may still net the employee a layoff or downsize which can cause a default on a loan. There is nothing sure right now. Preferential treatment can work in your favor one day as far as job placement is concerned and put you at a disadvantage on another day when someone else becomes the favorite. There is nothing steady nor stable right now.

With gasoline around $4.00 per gallon, rising healthcare premiums, rising prescription drug cost, do people really have any extra money to put into a savings account?

I would not bank on it.

Reality Check: 2012 Job Search Tips

So you are looking for a job or even a career in 2012? Here's seven fresh tips!

1) Look for careers at manufacturing companies or healthcare organizations that are doing well as far as their annual reports.

2) Check their online vacancy lists at least every two weeks. The best jobs are flooded and closed within two weeks or less. Checking vacancies daily for three of your top places to work is actually a great idea! Within a month's timeframe, you can miss out on a lot of jobs. The companies may not hire quickly, but if they get 40,000 applications in one week, then they are going to remove the posting from the vacancy list before interviewing anyone. They figure that at least one of the 40,000 applicants should be a good fit.

3)If you can get "wind" of a job BEFORE it is posted, then you will be ahead of the curve. The beauty and barber shops sometimes can be a good source for job leads. If you overhear a conversation where someone got promoted or fired, then that means an opening or an organizational shift is slated to happen. Research it.

4)A paper resume or just your name specifically passed on directly to a hiring manager on top of your applying for the position online is a sure way to land the job.

5) Internal applicants and external applicants are fighting for the same positions. Just because you already work for the company does not give you any real advantage unless you have someone talking to the hiring manager for you.

6) If you take a position with a company, I suggest that you really, really like that position as a permanent career choice. Moving up from the "mailroom" to the "President" of a company is a thing of the past. If you do not have a career track on day one, then it may be a dead end job. The job search will start all over again when you are ready for a change. Seniority does not seem to be as impressive anymore. Progressive movement within your career seems to be the desired trend to look for amongst employers.

7) Human Resources recruiters are being told to look for recent, relevant, industry-specific experiences. Meaning: if the job is a courier for a healthcare organization, then a courier applicant from a "non-healthcare" organization is not industry specific enough. You can apply for the job, but if other couriers from other healthcare organizations are also applying, then you are not going to stand a chance unless someone walks your name into the hiring manager's office.

Well, Best Wishes on casually networking and listening out for leads. You can not get leads by staying home and job searching all day online! Go into a Panera Bread or a Starbucks and apply for jobs. Listen to the conversations that are going on around you.
