Watch out for snakes!

In light of this 2020 election year, I want to offer you an alternative narrative to the "Wrong Answer. "

Augusta, Georgia District Attorney and Assistant D.A. are ring leaders for a child trafficking ring. They use an elderly pharmacist in the neighborhood to supply the prescription drugs to keep victims drugged. They also keep large amounts of cash stashed remotely in said "unsuspecting" elderly pharmacist's household safe.

A mastermind thief gets wind of the operation, but he is too afraid to go for "gold" himself so he sends an unsuspecting, laid back associate to check out the accuracy of the treasure.

The time window is cut short as household owner returns to her dwelling ahead of schedule.  A passive, non-violent confrontation occurs. Upon conclusion of the encounter, she calls the District Attorney to notify him of the stolen treasure.  Knowing that she cannot report over $10,000.00 cash without causing unwanted attention, they decide on a rape story. Such a story would benefit the District Attorney and A.D.A. for promotional purposes the following election year.

A simple burglary would barely make a ripple in the news. A bigger story involving a manhunt for a perverted rapist, should be some good insurance for promotions during the upcoming election year.

The mastermind of the burglary gets caught and agrees to an immunity deal to go free in exchange for a "scapegoat" to pin the high profile REGIONAL story.


Gotta love a good fiction story right before Georgia election Tuesday.

J. Randal Hall acknowledges Brian K. Epps' "clerical" Error

According to 1:19cv036 J.Randal Hall acknowledges the "clerical" error made in a date in Brian K. Epps report; yet, J. Randal Hall fails to acknowledge that 10-cv-2368 was the first "2254 Habeas" filed in 2010/2011 in Lowndes County.

Michael Christopher Blocker never received 2008 trial transcripts although he repeatedly submitted written requests for them.  His public defender Hugh Hadden showed up to this hearing with no trial transcripts either.  The Georgia State Bar Grievance Counsel Ms. Nash dismissed Mr. Blocker's grievance surrounding Hugh Hadden.  She says that "attorneys don't have to be effective nor have a strategy." (paraphrasing here)  

Even the Georgia Supreme Court recognizes Lower Court Case no. 10cv2368

The 2010 (10cv2368) hearing transcript is very damaging to the State of Georgia.  Georgia Attorney General Christopher Carr is supposed to make decisions to save Georgia from paying out restitution.  Assisting J. Randal Hall and Brian K. Epps in trying to keep the blatant scandal BURIED outside of Richmond County, Georgia should violate the Georgia RICO laws themselves.  What a racket?!!!

Are the State prosecutors Guilty of Racketeering in Augusta, GA?

The Richmond County state prosecutors have used the Georgia Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO") to charge others, but are they guilty of violating this act themselves?

Statute of Limitations

According to www.gabar.org, the statute of limitations for Georgia RICO violations is five years from the time the prohibited conduct ceases.   Michael C. Blocker has been imprisoned since January 2007 and he is still under false imprisonment and/or unlawful detainment at the time of the publishing of this article.  Although, his 2008 trial was stolen and may be out of the statute of limitations, his January 2013 petition for appeal is NOT out of the statute of limitations.

Last Appeal request: January 31, 2013

Because Michael C. Blocker was arrested about a week after the burglary and alleged rape, State Prosecutors have NO PROOF that Michael C. Blocker was "high on drugs," and they have NO Proof that a RAPE even occurred on January 9, 2007.

Reporter Sandy Hodson states in her Thursday, January 17, 2008 article that he (Michael C. Blocker) had been adamant from the time of his arrest that he did not rape the 75-year old cancer survivor in her Walton Way home.

BELIEVE ALL or NONE of the Story!

If Michael C. Blocker says that he was possibly high on drugs when he burglarized the Walton Way home, but He is adamant that HE DID NOT rape this woman, then the State has to accept his WHOLE statement as the truth or none of his statement.  They can not say that the defendant was "too high" to remember the "one minute rape."  There is NO PROOF that the defendant was "high on drugs" one week prior to his arrest.  There is NO PROOF that the defendant raped anyone.
